At this time I do not have a way to provide active updates on your control board but here is what you can do; Enter the tracking number for you package on the website for the shipping carrier you used. From there you can see what day it was delivered. If it has been over two week since it was delivered please email Janet at heatwaveelectronics@gmail.com for an update. You will need to provide your full name and address for her to give you an update.
