It is easy to replace. You access the fan by removing the side panels of the stove. To do that you open the hopper and look for some screws at the top of the hopper towards the front of the stove pointed in the general direction of the sides. Take off both front side panels. The fan runs the full width of the stove so there are two screws on each side holding it in. Remove these four screws and the fan slides out to the left.
